The security of your personal and financial information is our top priority at Jason Stoddard Designs.  We will never sell or give your e-mail address (or any other information about you) to anyone else without your permission. We created this policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy.

Return Policy:

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order with 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges). Personalized or custom orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a refund under any circumstances due to the personalized nature of the items. Sizes under a 6.5 or over an 8 are not return eligible. All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged item(s) can be shipped. All returned products must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error.

 

Send your item(s) with any and all tags attached, original packing materials, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (Fed Ex or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
